Oatmeal with raisins

Coffee

Day 16

2 hard-boiled eggs

1 bowel of Cheerios

1 Activia Yogurt

Lunch Day 15

Mongolian BBQ (shrimp, scallops, veggies)

Diet Pepsi

Day 16

McDonald’s Double Hamburger

Large Fry

Large Ice-tea

Dinner – Day 15

Ravioli

Day 16

Watermelon
