Detox Preview

With only a few days left before I start my big detox for the new year, I want to say, that I am so ready for this! When I decided to start this I just thought it was going to go at it by myself. But I was wrong. I am having some of my friends and family join me in this too! I have also met some of our wonderful followers of the Diary who are participating as well. I just want to say how awesome this is!!! It’s great to have the help of others whenever you are trying to start a diet or some type of challenge.

Let me just say, I feel as though I have been ready for this for a while. I have been watching what I have been eating. I already drink plenty of water, but now it’s even more so that before. I have cut sodas out, to maybe 3 a week. That’s really good for me because I love me a nice ice cold Pepsi!! I am still debating what my last good meal is going to be… I know it will be something delicious.

Will you join me in this 8 week challenge?

My detox will consist of no alcohol, no meat. I will work out 3 times a week for at least 40 minutes, and make sure to do weekly weigh ins. My goal is to lose at least 20 lbs before my 31st birthday.
